How can I pay?
In our webshop you can pay in the ways that are listed below. All payment methods are free, therefore without payment costs. Unfortunately we do not accept other payment methods such as payment upon receipt of the products, installments, payments at delivery, ...

Can I return or cancel a paid order?
- In accordance with art. VI.53., 3° and 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, it is not possible to return or cancel an order if it concerns products that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
- If you have received goods that are not manufactured to your specifications, that are incomplete, damaged or broken, you are entitled to a free new production or refund.
Does VistaMint have a secure payment platform?
VistaMint uses a secure internet service and offers a very reliable and easy-to-use payment platform.
Can I change my invoice?
With your order, you will receive a document that also counts as an invoice. However, if you want to add a reference or change something in your invoice, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +32 (0) 14 5079 30. Your invoice will be adjusted within 30 days after it has been issued.

What if I have paid but not received an order confirmation?
Check whether the amount has been debited from your account. If so, check whether you have received an order confirmation. It can take up to one hour before we receive a payment. If you still have not received confirmation after that hour, please contact VistaMint customer service. You can do this by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone to +32 (0) 14 50 79 30.
If the amount has not been debited from your account, the payment has not been successful and you can place your order again.
