Ordering is quick and easy. Design your coin, add it to the shopping cart via the large green button on the left side of the page. Go to the shopping cart and complete your details. Choose one of our payment methods and check your order. Then all that remains is the payment. It's that simpel!
Can I change or cancel an order?
- To change purely administrative data, such as your name or delivery address, you should contact our customer service as quickly as possible via info@vistamint.eu or call +32 (0)14 50 79 30.
- If you made a mistake when placing your order about the design of the coin, you should also contact the VistaMint customer service as soon as possible and we'll then check whether we can still change the order. Unfortunately, once production has started, the order can no longer be changed or canceled. In accordance with art. VI.53., 3° and 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, it is not possible to cancel an order if it concerns products that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
